This Cabinet was made from one piece of Tasmanian Black wood, except for the panels of the doors. The Cabinet has received the Best Joinery award from Australian Wood Review for their Inner Space competition. Pictured in Tasmanian Blackwood, it can be remade in any timber.

Mary Ann Jewellery Box

This is a fine example of how commissioning furniture can work for you. The client had specific sizes for each square, but did not want the overall look to reflect what was inside. Working with Mary Ann, John created a family heirloom. The jewelry Box is made from Jarrah, fiddleback maple, and Fiddleback Tasmanian Blackwood.

Bethy Wine Table
Description
"Bethy" Wine table: wine tables are traditionally round with three legs. John has designed the legs so that the curves allow the table to fit snuggly into your chair or sofa and with the table top being 60cm high (2 feet) you will never have to lean forward to pick up your drink. The table tops can be made from most timbers including: American Black Walnut, Maple, Sycamore, Burl Walnut and other exotic timbers.
